Why does my brand new M952 could not power on?
Answer:
Pleasedouble check the clear CMOS jumper setting (JBAT1) as it has been set to “clear” on M952 by default to save the CMOS battery lifetime (Picture 1). Therefore, you need to change the clear CMOS jumper (JBAT1) to “Normal” before you could power on your system.
