Answer:

Vista and Arcsoft capturing software are designed for a digital signal. Component connections are an analog signal and therefore will not be recognized by this software.

Why can I not hear my voice when using my microphone?

Answer:

Your playback volume may be set incorrectly. To check this, follow these steps:

• Open the “Realtek HD Audio Manager”, which can be accessed from the control panel or system tray.

• Once the Audio Manager is open please click the Microphone tab at the top of the window and ensure that the microphone playback is not muted or set too low

Why can I not connect to the internet after resuming from sleep or hibernate?

Answer:

Unfortunately this will occasionally occur with systems using Windows Vista, and we are waiting Microsoft released hot fix or next version of service pack < Please check this link for you reference http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933872/en-us> , for temporary solution, when this happens, please “diagnose and repair” your LAN connection, in the following way.

• Right click the network icon in your system tray and select “Diagnose and repair”.

• Select, “Automatically get new IP settings for the network adapter”.

• After this you should receive a “problem resolved” message and you will now be able to use your LAN connection.
