Question: Why does my WinDVD Creator 2 keeps giving me error messages when I try to do video capturing?

Answer: Please apply this update, 2.0B014.271-18516.iUpgrade.exe, to solve the video capturing problem on WinDVD Creator2. Please follow the following steps:

1. Download software update, 2.0B014.271-18516.iUpgrade.exe to your desktop.
2. Double click on 2.0B014.271-18516.iUpgrade.exe from your desktop.
3. Wait for a few seconds and follow the screen instructions.
4. Restart you system.
5. Delete 2.0B014.271-18516.iUpgrade.exe from your desktop.

Question: My FM7550 powers on by itself whenever there is an incoming phone call. How do I disable this feature?

Answer: Please get into bios setting by pressing “del” key when you just power on the system. Select “Power Management” and disable “Resume by PCI PME” option.
