Q: My Ulead DVD MovieFactory locks up when I try to use Ulead DVD MovieFactory DVD burning or NTi DVD maker on FM7350. Do you have any fix or update to fix this problem?

A:
Please copy the attached dll file (version 2.9.2.99) to the following directory c:\program files\common files\Ulead systems\DVD. You may want to save a copy of the old dll file to a floppy or location just in case.

Q. Why my computer can’t detect my 1394 (IEEE) device?

A.

1. Please make sure 1394 option is enabled under BIOS setting.
   1. Please hit DELETE key immediately after you power on the system.
   2. You will expect to see Phoenix –Award BIOS setting mode.
   3. Please select Integrated Peripherals -> SIS OnChip PCI Device and make sure SIS1394 controller is set to enable.
   4. Press Esc key twice, then F10 key. Choose Y to save CMOS setting.
2. System will reboot after you save CMOS setting. Please allow your system to boot into Windows XP now.
   
3. Once your boots into Windows XP, make sure you can find 1394 Net adapter Under START -> Control panel -> System (double click) -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> double click on + sign for Network Adapter.
